The IAAF World Relays have excelled beyond our expectations

Kenya s women s 4x1500m quartet improved the world record* by more than half a minute to 16:33.58 at the IAAF World Relays in Nassau, The Bahamas, on Saturday (25).

As far as comebacks go Mary Keitany couldn t have enjoyed a better return as she won the Lowertown Brewery Ottawa 10k, an IAAF Silver Label Road Race, in a course record of 31:22 on Saturday (25).
