Wilson Kipsang and Edna Kiplagat have been voted the AIMS Best Marathon Runners of the Year for 2013. The two athletes from Kenya were announced as winners at the inaugural AIMS Best Marathon Runner Award Gala in Athens, Greece, on Friday evening (8).
