Ivana Spanovic already has a small piece of Serbian athletics history as the first person from her country, either since independence or as part of the former Yugoslavia, to win a medal at an IAAF World Championships but she believes she can upgrade that and become the first Serb senior to stand on top of the podium at a global athletics event.
